If Twitter’s trending page didn’t tell you, Riverdale is back and it’s darker than ever.
The modern rendition of the classic Archie comics has been a hit since it first came out, thanks to the teen heartthrobs taking the roles of such familiar comic book characters. The story line doesn’t disappoint either.
Riverdale is brimming with murder and milkshakes, love and lies, shock and scandal.
Freeform’s Pretty Little Liars had previously held the crown for hit teen drama and before that CW’s Gossip Girl. Now, CW is once again enjoying commercial success.
Have a milkshake and put on your Letterman; Archie’s gang is back in town.
