Hoover vs Glendale Loss 46-8 November 1st
This was the first year that only the JV teams were playing against each other. Last year’s brawl and other actions prevented the varsity team to play since all players were suspended from football last year.
The game began with Glendale taking the early lead at the end of the first quarter, 19-0.
When the second quarter began, Glendale started with the football and made it down to the two-yard line, but Hoover turned over the ball, and was not able to score a touchdown, so the score remained 19-0. By halftime Glendale led 26-0.
Hoover eventually scored, but Glendale won the game 46-8.
