Hoover’s Marching Band is getting ready for its competition, which takes place on Saturday in the Glen A. Wilson Field Tournmaent at Glen A. Wilson High School in Hacienda Heights.
Hoovers Marching Band will be performing their fall show called “The Crow.” The show is inspired by “Swan Lake.”
HTMB — Hoover Tornado Marching Band — has been working very hard on its show, putting in hours of practice and effort into making the show amazing.
The director of Hoover’s HTMB program Melissa Campbell described HTMB as “dedicated, respectful, traditional, professional, and focused.”
Hoover’s HTMB offers a lot of opportunities and changes lives.
HTMB also creates a safe environment for students. HTMB students have said that HTMB feels like “A home away from home.”
“It was amazing and I don’t know where I would be without it,” said Hoover grad Narek Davtyan, who was in HTMB for four years.
Campbell added: “Almost every student wants to be here and really cares about the success of the band.”
HTMB performs at football games, pep rallies and much more.
HTMB shows school spirit and dedication to creating memories with their performances for people. HTMB is ready for a great season and more to come.
