In a recent cooking class, students learned how to make spaghetti carbonara. Ms. Petikian started by explaining the tools and ingredients needed for the dish. She emphasized that students could use sharp tools. Before using them, they learned carefully how to behave and took a test to ensure they could.
When asked about the class, all the kids gave lovely feedback. Emily Khachatryan (28’) said, “It’s so fun, and our new teacher is amazing.” Lina Grigoryan (28’) added, “We learn different types of foods and how to make them; it’s fun.” Melanie Garibyan (28’) shared, “I’m interested in all the different recipes we cook!”
Once everyone understood the basics, the teacher began cooking. A camera was set up above her to show her every move, and she demonstrated each step professionally. Students watched closely as she prepared the carbonara, making the process look simple and fun.
At the end of the class, everyone tasted the delicious spaghetti carbonara. Michael, the teacher’s assistant, commented, “I enjoy helping both the teacher and the students. It’s a great experience!”
This class is about learning recipes, having fun in the kitchen, and trying new things. Students enjoy the lessons and are looking forward to what’s next!
