Sue is feeling guilty of how everyone has been treating Carrie, so she asks Tommy to take Carrie to the prom instead of her. Tommy is reluctant but soon complies to make Sue happy. On the other hand, Chris is outraged that she can’t go to the prom and she blames Carrie. She asks Billy to help her get revenge with Carrie. They decide to rig the ballots and make Carrie prom queen. Once she is on stage, they will poor pig’s blood on her head. Both girls want to give Carrie “a night she’ll never forget.”
