3. Steelseries Rival 500 -$80

Steelseries has made decent gaming mice but lately has stepped their game up from a couple of years ago. They have made their style better and more comfortable to fit most people, and surprisingly is competing with the popular razer naga. This mice is mainly used for MMOs and MOBAs and that’s why it has 14 buttons, but it can be used for other games like shooters and strategy games. It can feel very overwhelming since it has so much buttons, but you can turn them off in the steelseries program. The mice does have a matte and plastic finish to it and has a good grip to it. In the program you can also change the the color of the scroll wheel and the steelseries logo and everything else is black.

Pros

  • RGB lighting
  • 14 buttons
  • Not to heavy or light

Cons

  • Feels cheap for paying $80
  • Simple design compared to other gaming mice

2. Razer Deathadder Chroma- $50 – $70

If  you live under a rock and you have never heard of the Deathadder chroma, it is one of the most popular gaming mouses in the gaming community. There have been many Esport teams that have gotten sponsored by them and it’s for a reason. This is one of the most comfortable mouse I have used. You can pick from so many custom designs and colors, the only down side is you can’t change the weight of the mouse to your preference, but for the price it is something to look in to. I have asked many people on what is there recommended mouse and the deathadder is always up there in the list.

Pros

  • 10,000dpi
  • Customization
  • Rubber side buttons
  • Comfortable design

Cons

  • No weight adjustment
  • Simple design
  • Feels a little too light

1. Logitech G502 Proteus spectrum- $60-$80

The Logitech G502 is the best looking mouse on the this list, it looks futuristic and very advanced for its time. The G502 is comfortable for people who have smaller hands which is not the biggest down side because if you play claw or with fingertips you will be fine. One thing that will make people happy is the on-board memory so you can save your custom layout for different games. In the Logitech software you can also change the color and change the 11 buttons on the mouse to your preference. The G502 does have some buttons near the scroll wheel that is hard to press while in action but the other 9 work just fine.

Pros

  • RGB colors are very vibrant
  • 11 buttons
  • On board memory
  • Different design from other gaming mouses

Cons

  • May be small for some
  • Some buttons are hard to press
