“I’m truly grateful and honored to be selected as an All-league player,” Francisco said. “This recognition means a lot to me because it reflects the hard work, and countless hours ive put into improving my game. I appreciate my coaches, teammates, and family who pushed me to be better every day.
Hoover’s Alejandro Hernandez was on the honorable mention defense list.
Coach Jordan Ward was proud of his four student-athletes.
“I am very proud that four of our student-athletes were recognized for their commitment to excellence this past season as All-Pacific League players,” said Ward.
“Their selections set a precedent for seasons to come for all of our Tornado athletes. That’s the beauty of this great sport: the more work, sacrifice, and effort you put into your craft, the greater return on investment you receive. I’m very fortunate to have been their coach this season, and I look forward to building off of this in the upcoming offseason.”
